Summer cabbage salad with chili and rocket

Remove the outer leaves if they are very dirty or
yellow.

Remove the leaves, rinse and pat dry. You will only use
the thin green parts (not the stalky white parts).

Slice the cabbage in slices as thin as possible (this
is very important).

Rinse and pat dry the rocket. Tear them roughly (large
pieces).

Peel and slice the onions into bits of 2x2 mm.

Divide the onion into 2,

Place the cut surface down and slice horisontally
(from one end to about 1 cm from the other).

Slice vertically (lengthwise) from the outer end,
to 1 cm from the other end.

Chop (across and horisontally) into dices from the
outer end.

Rinse the cillies, divide them lengthwise, and remove
stalks and seed. Cut into 2x2mm cubes (slice into strips, and then cut the
strips into cubes).

Mix the dressing, and season to taste.

Just before serving, mix and toss everything.
