Snack

Puff pastry rolls with a paste of olives and dried tomatoes

Starter

Tomato/sweet pepper soup with basil mash topping

(Bread) 1 kg

Buffet

Beef cured with salt, sugar and coriander seed, on toasted rye bread and a celery cream

with pickled vegetable sauce (”remoulade”)

Grillled legs of Bornholmer chickens

New potatoes with dill

Spring cabbage salad

Dessert

	Strawberries with a chocolate topping, and vanilla ice cream			Coffee ice cream with maple sirup
	Italian cofee (or ordinary if you insist), or tea
